To help you present a polished and professional image to residency programs, IU School of Medicine will send a photographer to the Indianapolis, South Bend, and West Lafayette campuses on February 26. Students from any campus may register for and come to these sessions. Photos were taken in the fall on the campuses of Bloomington, Evansville, Muncie, Gary, Fort Wayne, and Terre Haute.
Click on the links below to sign up for a time slot on Wednesday, February 26:
- South Bend – 10 - 11 am ET
- West Lafayette – 3:30 – 4:15 pm ET
- Indianapolis – 10 am – 4 pm ET
Wear professional clothing such as tie and jacket, no short sleeves and solid colors—do not wear your white coat.
The session cost is $38.95, payable by e-check or credit card the day of the photo session.
You will be able to see your photo proofs on-site and select your favorite. In addition to being used for ERAS, it will be included in the Class of 2026 composite. You will received a 12x15 inch printed composite. Final images will be emailed to you after the session for your unlimited use.
There is basic photo retouching, with more extensive retouching available at an additional cost.
Participation is not required; however, this is an economical and convenient way to obtain professional photos and be included on the class composite. As an alternative, you can submit your own photo for the composite next year for $58.95, if you wish to be included. If you do not have your photo taken or submitted, you will be listed as “Not Pictured” on the class composite.
