Class of 2027: Tickets to the April 28 White Coat Ceremony are now available. Access your tickets for the big day at Clowes Memorial Hall!
Those who ordered tickets can now access them for your guests. Here are some instructions. There is also a link below with more detailed step-by-step instructions with images.
- Go to Butler Arts and Events Center.
- If you have an account, sign in; if not, create a new account. If creating an account for the first time, enter your IU email address and select Forgot Password. Follow the prompts to set/reset your password.
- Go to Manage Tickets and click on View Event Details.
- If you're on a mobile device and don't need to transfer tickets, just add them to your digital wallet. Guests will need their own tickets to enter Clowes Hall while you're checking in at your assigned location.
- If you need to transfer tickets to your guests, select Transfer Tickets and add your recipients' information. Click on Transfer Tickets.
- The guests who receive your transfer will need to accept the tickets. They may then add them to their digital wallets.
Detailed instructions were emailed to you last Friday from MEDevent@iu.edu.
All guest tickets are general admission and not assigned seats. Disregard the row and seat numbers on your tickets and share this information with your guests.
If you're on the wait list for possible additional tickets, you'll receive information about the availability of tickets by April 11.
If you have any questions or need assistance accessing your tickets, contact the Clowes Hall information line at 317-940-6444 between 10 am – 4pm ET Monday through Friday. For any other White Coat Ceremony questions, please contact Cathi Wineland.
Watch for details about where your campus will be checking in at Lilly Hall or Clowes Hall.
