Kaur received her Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from IUI and then relocated to Chicago, where she earned a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Loyola University. She has been in the healthcare industry for about five years; and she previously worked as the Director of Executive Administrative Operations at Aunt Martha's Health and Wellness in Chicago. She and her husband recently moved back to Indianapolis after being married in August.
In her free time, Kaur loves to travel. She knows five languages. She said she is currently trying to rekindle her love of books after years of readers block.
