Bio
Plamen Mihaylov, MD, PhD, is a native of Bulgaria and received his medical degrees from the University of Varna in Bulgaria and Milano School of Medicine in Italy. He completed his general surgery training at the University of Pavia School of Medicine in Italy, followed by transplant surgery fellowships at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Asan University Hospital in South Korea, and the IU School of Medicine. His clinical interests include split liver and living donor liver transplantation.
