Fadi Alzeidan, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20–36 years of clinical experience, practicing in Merrillville, Indiana. He received his medical degree from Damascus University Faculty of Medicine, Damascus, Syria. Dr. Alzeidan has strong academic ties in training family medicine residents and serves as Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine with the Indiana University Northwest School of Medicine.
