Bio
Dr. Kniese is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Interventional Pulmonology. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine for medical school. Subsequently, he completed a residency training in Internal Medicine, Chief Residency, and fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at IU. After completing his training at IU, he received additional fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonary at the University of Colorado and National Jewish Health systems.
His practice focuses on the care of patients with complex lung diseases, including COPD, lung cancer, airway disorders, and pleural disease. He specializes in minimally-invasive procedures to improve symptoms and quality of life in patients with a variety of lung diseases.
