Bio
Dr. Baxter grew up in Wisconsin and completed her degree in Biochemistry at UW-Madison. She went to medical school at the University of Queensland-Ochsner Clinical School based in Brisbane, Australia and New Orleans. She completed her residency and chief year in Internal Medicine at Hennepin Healthcare. This was followed by a Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship at IU where she has stayed on as faculty. She is the medical director of the OB-ICU in the Riley Maternity Tower. Clinical interests include project and education focused on quality and process improvement.
