Bio
Dr. Hugenberg received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1982. Upon his completion of medical school, he did his Internal Medicine Residency and Rheumatology Fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has been a faculty member at Indiana University School of Medicine Division of Rheumatology since 1987 and currently holds the rank of Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine. He was board certified in Internal Medicine in 1985 and in Rheumatology in 1988. He has an interest in resident and fellow education and clinical research in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. He is the Rheumatology Fellowship Program Director and the Rheumatology Section Chief at the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center. Dr. Hugenberg is currently a member of the IUPUI/Clarian Institutional Review Board, IU Medical Group Specialty Care Medical Management Committee and the Medical Diagnostic Clinic Advisory Committee.
