Bio

Dr. Keyur Vora is an Advanced Imaging Cardiologist and Clinical Trialist serving as Director of Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging & Clinical Trials at the Medical Imaging Research Institute (MIRI), Indiana University School of Medicine.

With core expertise in Multimodality Cardiac Imaging and Computational Medicine, Dr. Vora integrates advanced diagnostics with interventional clinical trials. Leveraging his proficiency in Cardiovascular MR, Cardiac CT (including Angiography), and Multimodal Echocardiography, he designs clinical trials focused on precision diagnostics and prognostics. His expertise in intraprocedural imaging guidance (Cath Lab and Cardiac Operating Rooms) established his strategic focus on vessel-muscle relationships in the acute phase of MI, driving the development of protocols to prevent ischemia-reperfusion injury and Hemorrhagic STEMI.

Dr. Vora is an elected Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP), the American College of Cardiology (FACC), the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (FSCCT), and the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (FSCMR), with Clinical Level III certification. At MIRI, Dr. Vora leads a portfolio of US-FDA-regulated cardiovascular trials, advancing clinical protocols and AI-augmented biomarker imaging to enhance precision theranostics for next-generation cardiovascular medicine practice.
