Bio
I completed my medical education in Karachi, Pakistan, before moving to Indianapolis for my internal medicine residency at Indiana University. During residency, I developed a strong interest in hematology and oncology and was fortunate to continue my training here as a fellow. My research interests are in translational thoracic oncology, where I focus on liquid biopsy and biomarker discovery in small cell lung cancer, and I plan to pursue a career in academic medicine as a physician-scientist.
