Bio
Dr. Bri Liberio is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics within the Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from Clemson University, and she completed medical school at the University of Cincinnati. She completed her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and her Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at Children’s Hospital Colorado/University of Colorado. She is an attending at Riley Maternity Tower NICU and Simon Family Tower NICU, and she provides Neonatology consultation at the Fetal Center. Her academic interests include neonatal acute kidney injury and its overlap with nutrition. She is also interested in kidney support therapies, ECMO, and prenatal counseling. She enjoys working with trainees at all levels. Outside of work, Dr. Liberio likes spending time with her husband and their puppy, Leo. She loves to run, cycle, practice yoga, and cook, especially Italian dishes.
