My emerging research program is focused on identifying modifiable risk and resiliency factors of older adult physical, cognitive, and psychological health and well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to use findings from observational studies to develop fun, sustainable behavioral interventions that promote resilience. In particular, I am interested in developing these interventions among sexual and gender minoritized individuals in order to eliminate health disparities and promote flourishing among this population.
