Bio

Jeanne Chen, PharmD, currently serves as a Senior Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, Solid Organ Transplantation. Chen received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Purdue University and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St Louis, Missouri.

Chen’s practice centers on optimizing immunosuppressive regimens and managing complex complications following solid organ transplantation. Her clinical and research interests include the prevention and treatment of opportunistic infections, particularly cytomegalovirus and invasive fungal infections, as well as strategies to improve outcomes through effective management of post-transplant diabetes. Chen has also served as a subinvestigator in Phase II-IV clinical trials evaluating novel immunosuppressive therapies, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based transplant care and has contributed to more than 25 peer-reviewed publications. She is dedicated to advancing multidisciplinary care and improving both short- and long-term transplant patient outcomes.

Chen is a member of the American Society of Transplantation and American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
