About Marissa
Marissa Prentice is the Administrative Coordinator for IU School of Medicine’s Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. Marissa has been part of the school since 2023 and comes from a diverse professional background including Customer Service, Graphic Design, Property Management, Real Estate, and Office Administration.
Marissa supports Faculty Affairs and Professional Development by acting as a resource for all FAPD, assisting the Assistant Deans, coordinating calendars, and supporting the peer review process. She works to anticipate the needs of the team and to develop and refine procedures to make each process more efficient and productive. In Marissa’s spare time she loves to draw, hike with her dog, and she writes and performs stand-up comedy.
