Bio
Dr. Jeffers is originally from West Hartford, CT but moved to Indiana for undergrad where she went to Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and majored in Neuroscience and Behavior. She spent a year at the NIH participating in social and communication research around the genetics of diabetes and obesity. She returned to Indiana for medical school and have been in Indiana since! Dr. Jeffers is still undecided on future career plans but am having fun figuring it out. Outside of medicine, she spends most of her time with my husband and two cats, George and Dexter. She loves reading and napping and rewatching comfort shows on Netflix.
