About Kristen
Kristen Fitzgerald is the director of faculty development and wellness in IU School of Medicine’s department of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development. Kristen graduated from Purdue University with an undergraduate degree in dietetics and earned her graduate degree in management and leadership from Purdue University Global.
In her role as director, she leads initiatives that support faculty success, well-being and professional growth. She helps to guide and develop programs and resources that foster engagement, promote a positive work environment and help faculty thrive across their careers. Kristen also manages faculty awards and supports faculty governance processes.
