About Amy
Amy Ribera, PhD, is the director of research and evaluation for Faculty Affairs and Professional Development and associate research professor in Anatomy, Cell Biology and Physiology.
Her scholarship focuses on faculty engagement, occupational well-being and advancing inclusive excellence. Ribera earned a PhD in higher education administration from Indiana University Bloomington in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and holds a graduate certificate in institutional research. She recently served as president of the Indiana Association for Institutional Research (INAIR). Additionally, Ribera represents the Indiana University School of Medicine on the scientific board of the Healthcare Professional Well-being Academic Consortium, housed within Stanford Medicine WellMD & WellPhD.
