Before you begin, please complete the Rapid Review Questionnaire. To make the submission process easier, we recommend having the following items available:
- IRB Number (IRB#)
- ClinicalTrials.gov Number (NCT#), if applicable
- Protocol Number
- PDF copy of the study protocol
Once you have submitted the questionnaire, the Ophthalmology Clinical Research Team will review your request and follow up with next steps.
