Know Before You Go

  • Up to 7.5 continuing medical education (CME) credits are available!

  • Registration is required for all participants, though there is no cost to attend.

  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch and catered networking reception will be provided for all registered attendees. Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions or preferences on your registration form.

  • To support sustainability and personal wellness, we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle. Water stations and fountains will be available throughout the convention center.

  • Please review venue and parking information to help plan your visit.

Accessibility

We are committed to providing universal access to our event. Please be sure to share details about your accessibility needs on your registration submission. Advance notice is necessary to arrange some accessibility accommodations. 

Photography

A photographer will be present through the day to document the event. Please note that by attending, you are consenting to the possibility that you may appear in photographs shared or published by the HEALeR Collaborative on our website, newsletters, social media or other promotional materials. If you do not want your photo taken, please email healr@iu.edu prior to the event and we will do our best to accommodate you.
