Application Instructions

Applications for the Emergency Medicine Clinical Operations and Administration Fellowship program are accepted from July 1 through December 1.  Interviews are held from August 1 through December 15. Candidates are accepted on a rolling basis, thus early application is strongly encouraged.  Applicants must be on track to complete an ACGME Emergency Medicine residency prior to the start of the fellowship academic year. Applicants must submit the following for interview consideration:
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Letter of Interest (1-2 page maximum)
  • Letter of Recommendation from Department Chair
  • Letter of Recommendation from Residency/Fellowship Director
