The Department of Pediatrics at IU School of Medicine offers career development resources and mentorship to advance the training of pediatric physician scientists and pediatricians interested in studying clinical health outcomes.
Morris Green Physician Scientist Development Program
The Morris Green Physician Scientist Development Program supports pediatric residents and fellows interested in training to be a pediatric researcher, physician-scientist, or an academic leader. Successful physician scientists benefit from training and mentorship that extends beyond the comprehensive clinical training provided in residency and fellowship programs, so the Morris Green Physician Scientist Development Program offers deeper research training for scholars through seminars, mentorship and funding.
RCF Scholars
The RCF Scholars award is for physician scientists in the Department of Pediatrics who are interested in making research their primary focus. This program provides junior faculty physician scientists with financial support and mentorship to help accelerate their ability to become independent investigators.
