Jackie Dorsett
Jackie provides privileging, enrollment and credentialing support for all providers within the department of pediatrics and works directly with the medical staff office, billing office personnel and credentialing office to ensure provider compliance. Jackie is also the assistant to Judy Hollingsworth.

Kristie Matteson
Kristie manages all things in relation to the chair of pediatrics and also serves as a mentor to many staff within the department.

Stephine provides administrative support to vice chairs, Brad Burbage, Drs. Tina Schade Willis and Laura Hanelines. Also, she assists with general office tasks related to the chair and the department.

Paige Hummel Ramion, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP
Paige manages all aspects of human resources functions for the department of pediatrics, and leads and directs the HR team in carrying out these functions consistently across all divisions.

Marilyn Baker
Marilyn is the payroll coordinator for the department of pediatrics and processes HR documents. Marilyn supports the HR team through her expertise in FMLA, leaves of absence, and separation processing.

Kayla Birk, SHRM-CP
Kayla provides strategic HR support to a number of divisions in the department of pediatrics with responsibilities across several functional areas of HR, including talent acquisition, salary administration, training and development, and employee relations. Kayla supports the HR team through her expertise in talent acquisition. She serves as the team lead for managing staff recruitment processes for the department. Kayla also serves as the department's Wellness Ambassador with Healthy IU and as a member of the department's wellness committee.

Jackie Boese, PHR, CPRP
Jackie manages all initiatives related to faculty affairs in the department of pediatrics. This includes all aspects of faculty employment - recruitment, onboarding, orientation, development, promotion and tenure, education outreach, and training. Jackie supports the HR team through her expertise in academic recruitment and strong partnerships with IU Health Physicians in support of dually employed faculty members.

DoMonique organizes, supports, and maintains HR processes, programs, events, and meetings within the department. She provides HR support as needed related to payroll, staff recruitment, faculty affairs, document processing, data management, and compliance.

Ashley Dummer
Ashley is responsible for day-to-day administration of the HR team in the department of pediatrics, ensuring the team’s success in achieving its goals. She utilizes her communications and design expertise to manage team communications, design training materials and other resources, and plan training and development events. Ashley manages the promotion and tenure process in the department and serves as the lead resource for faculty members in this area. As a member of the IU School of Medicine's Staff Affinity Council, Ashley also serves as the staff engagement coordinator in the department, developing strategies and programs to improve engagement and foster team member interactions.

Teresa supports the HR team in her role as LinkedIn curator for the department and creates and recommends training and development pathways to encourage employee development. Teresa also serves the department through her expertise in employee relations, training and development, and management of special projects.

She specializes in storytelling, writing news and feature articles that highlight the achievements and impact of the department’s faculty, staff and trainees. She also co-manages the department's social media accounts.
