The Transgenic Animal Core at Indiana University School of Medicine is a shared resource whose mission is to provide advanced genome editing technologies and mouse cryopreservation services to Indiana University and external users by ;assisting in the generation of genetically modified organisms in a cost-effective manner while maintaining and expanding genetically modified animal models.
The Transgenic Animal Core is in Joseph E. Walter Building (Room R3-407) and LARC. The core is outfitted with microinjection, surgery and cryopreservation equipment.
