Candor and Camaraderie
Candor and camaraderie are when mutual trust, respect, and friendship allow for honest, direct, and open communication. By fostering a culture of candor and camaraderie, organizations encourage sharing of ideas, feedback, and foster social connection. Through candor and camaraderie, organizations can achieve a shared culture of success where individuals feel valued, appreciated, and motivated.

Accessibility
Workplace accessibility is when organizations put mechanisms in place designed to ensure everyone can thrive by removing physical, digital, and attitudinal barriers that disproportionally impact individuals from marginalized communities. Promoting accessibility in the work environment can lead to broader talent pools, increased productivity, and an enhanced culture of shared success.

Teamwork
Teamwork is a well-known concept. However, we often need to be reminded that we are not allow in our work and that there is a team around us who can help. Promoting teamwork means providing constant reminders that our goals are shared and that collaboration is possible. To foster teamwork means having clear and open communication, clearly defined roles, and cultivating strong relationships through positive team activities.

Transparency refers to the practice of sharing information, performance, and major decisions in an open and honest way with the purpose of building trust, fostering collaboration and improving engagement.
